48" X 164'. Some rolls are available in different factory lengths. However, IDS can cut a roll to shorter lengths should an entire roll not be necessary.

3. What is the expected durability of DI-NOCTM?
This product is covered by the 3M Basic Product Warranty, which warrants that if this product has any physical product or manufacturing defects that 3M's sole liability under the terms of the Warranty is replacement or credit for the returned, unused material. There is no finished or applied graphic warranty nor warranted durability.However, thorough testing and use of this product throughout the world for many years indicates that it is highly durable when used in vertical installations as described in the applicable 3M Product and Instruction Bulletins.
Indoor applications of DI-NOCTM have an expected durability of twelve (12) years while outdoor applications have an expected durability of four (4)*.

4. Can DI-NOCTM be installed outside?
Yes, certain DI-NOCTM Films can be installed outdoors on vertical surfaces. Although water does not penetrate DI-NOCTM Film, if the substrate is porous or if the film's edges are not properly seated, water can permeate under the film and cause delamination. Be sure to choose a non-porous substrate and seal the film's edges with a silicone sealer.
5. Can DI-NOCTM be installed to glass?
Yes! However, if the glass is exposed to direct sunlight, there is the possibility of glass breakage due to thermal expansion. Lighter colors are less likely to cause glass breakage than darker colors.
6. Who can provide installation training??
IDS can furnish training at its headquarters or onsite for an appropriate fee.
7. How do I clean DI-NOCTM?
DI-NOCTM can be cleaned with commercially available synthetic detergents and a soft cloth or sponge. Do not use abrasive materials and be sure to rinse off all detergent.
8. Can I print digital images / fonts on DI-NOCTM?
Yes! DI-NOC films can be fed through a digital printer.
9. Can DI-NOCTM be applied to MDF Board?
Absolutely! MDF Board can be used to cover textured / porous substrates or to add a three dimensional effect.
10. Can you apply DI-NOCTM to curved or three dimensional surfaces?
Yes! DI-NOCTM finishes can be thermoformed to adhere to curved / three dimensional surfaces such as tables, chairs, etc.
11. Does vinyl increase the presence of mold and mildew on or behind walls?
No! Mold and mildew grow in damp, dark, and poorly ventilated areas and can grow behind any wall covering. The problem is caused by moisture and not vinyl. Please note that some DI-NOCTM products have anti-bacterial coatings.
12. Can DI-NOCTM be seamed?
Absolutely! And when professionally installed, the seam will barely be noticeable.
13. Is DI-NOCTM removable or not?
The product can be removed from certain surfaces with heat and cleaners, but it is not an easy process nor is it normally recommended.
14. How is DI-NOCTM produced?
The patterns are normally printed onto the film and then a protective layer is applied with an embossed surface.
15. Can it be thermoformed?
Yes, very nicely.
16. Can it be piezo printed?
Yes, in some instances
17. Is it possible to produce special patterns?
Yes, special patterns can be produced with the absolute minimum quantity being 1,000 linear meters. Whether a special pattern can be considered depends in part on the complexity of the pattern.
18. Is the product anti-graffiti?
No, this is PVC film.
19. Which films have anti-bacterial treatment?
PS Series and DI-NOCTM Floor Film.
20. Can I apply a layer of DI-NOCTM Film on another layer of DI-NOCTM Film or do I need to remove the first layer first?
Yes, one or more layers of DI-NOCTM Film can be applied to a first layer of DI-NOCTM Film. It is not recommended to apply more than three layers of film on top of each other.
21. Does DI-NOCTM contain latex?
No. DI-NOCTM is latex-free.
22. What is a butt joint?
A butt joint is where two pieces of film are applied with their respective edges butted together edge to edge.
